How to Delete Your SoulBridge Account
Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. All your pet profiles, letters, postcards, memories, and rainbow energy will be permanently removed.
Steps to Delete Your Account

Open Settings
Open SoulBridge and tap on the Settings icon in the top right corner.

Go to Account
Tap on "Account" or "Account Management" in the settings menu.

Select Delete Account
Scroll down and tap "Delete Account." You will be asked to confirm your decision.

Confirm Deletion
Enter your confirmation and tap "Delete My Account." Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
What Gets Deleted
- Your account and profile information
- All pet profiles and their photos
- All letters, replies, and heart letters
- All postcards and gift studio creations
- Your memory data and preferences
- Rainbow energy balance and purchase history
- Subscription will be cancelled (refund subject to store policies)
